When placing an order with us all students are required to accept our terms and conditions.
Each student must provide us with all of the mandatory instructions and guidelines during the placement of order, as our company wouldn’t be held responsible for any shortcomings.
Students can claim free unlimited revisions, in case we ever fail to adhere to their instructions.
During an ongoing revision session, the company will not entertain any additional or extra work which wasn’t declared at the time of order placement.
All additional or extra work will be charged accordingly based upon their level of urgency, word count, and nature of work.
Order having a word count of 250 to 5,000 words can be filed for a revision within 15 days of their delivery. After this period of 15 days, all revisions will be charged.
Order having a word count of 5,000 words or more can be filed for a revision within 30 days of their delivery. After this period of 30 days, all revisions will be charged.
No revisions shall be administered by us during Sundays and public holidays.
Orders having a deadline of 24 hours, shall receive their revisions within 8 to 12 hours after the request has been made.
Orders having a deadline of 48 hours, shall receive their revisions within 24 hours after the request has been made.
Orders having a word count of 5,000-9,750 words will require at least three days for revisions.
Orders having a word count of 10,000 words or more shall require at least five-seven days for revisions.
